Galactic Empire Diplomat;

Exactly 00:00:00 of IkaTime tomorrow, which is around 9 hours from now, will be the official end of the first Galactic Empire-Resistance-X War Games.

In line, I would like to request the approval of this treaty not before February 14, 2010 but not later than February 15, 2010.

The following event that will occur in the signing of this treaty:

• The resuming of the Band of Brothers Coalition Pact which was renewed by Threehills and Ozzymandias last January 2010.

• Regular game activity - no Resistance-X - Galactic Empire attack on active players but allowing the attack on inactive players as stated on the Band of Brothers Coalition Agreement but with proper permission from the leadership.

Hoping for the approval.

On what I know, the Band of Brothers Coalition Agreement was already circulated before and has already been tackled up on the clancouncil forum few days before the merge.

I will repost it again. Nothing is really bad about it but in fact, we'll benefit on it much.

This has already been agreed by Eye and other xXx representatives in the forum of the clancouncil before (http://clancouncil.forumotion.com/).

Band of Brothers Coalition Agreement:

1. Inactive Players - Everyone is allowed to attack inactive players of the member-alliances in the Band of Brothers Coalition. But:
→ He must notify their diplomat
→ He must stop when back as active player again.

This agreement will prevent counter-attacks and retaliations if ever they will come active again.

2. Cultural Treaties and other forms of treaties - Every player will give priority to the members of the BoB Coalition member-alliances.

3. Military Conflicts - Every alliance will participate either through military attacks with (or without) declaration of war, economic support, diplomatic support or by intelligence support.

4. Market - Every player will give priority to the members of the BoB Coalition member-alliances.

5. Leeching - Every alliance in the BoB Coalition will do the best to free his own alliance for leechers and will aid to his coalition allies to help identifying other leechers.

- Other things are also being performed just like the main and the wing alliance partnership but the only difference in the coalition is that we treat every alliance as another group and not as a wing wherein we give full command.

- In short, we give priority to BoB Coalition Allies.

• Learn2PlayDirty
• (Former) The Resistance - Resistance-X
• (Former) The Protectorate - Resistance-X

It's a dead forum, but it's there. If you guys want to register, I may be able to let people in, if not, Pain can.

Prolly the easiest way to announce CT's and stuff would be to directly message the diplomats for those alliances and ask them to post a circular. We could also compile a list of people with open CT's on a bi-weekly basis and send those alliances a message to post a circ as well.

It has been considered. There are three types of communication.

1. http://bobcoalition.forumotion.com/ - which is the official bob forum.
2. the individual forums of every alliance with the separated category named "BoB Coalition Embassy" which served as a medium for small negotiations but needed urgent responses.
