Garrison Rights

Please post here some coordinates (exact) of the area where we need to put up an alliance garrison rights:

Requirements:
1. 0-1 town of our alliance members in the island.
2. 3-15 towns of -GE- members in the island.
3. Attack prone area.
4. 1-13 neutral players with 50,000 as minimum score (this will assure the possibility of researching garrison rights).

This will allow us to put an outpost with notice on the island members from occupation. Temporary action only until war is present.

I am asking for your favor to allow us to establish an alliance-garrison right in the town Clyde no Bonnie. This will be set probably until the 14th-15th of February for the following reasons:

1. Liberating occupied towns in the island and close vicinity.
2. Defense station of thousands of military units of the alliance to defend Admiral Thrawn's two colony and main capital without ease of notification to the island members.
3. Precaution and defensive measures against massive attacks by the Galactic Empire members.

The Resistance-X has a ("mock") war game with the Galactic Empire for several purposes.

Hoping for the immediate fix of the tension in the PHNX for your return and the approval of this garrison request.
